If you're like most people, your answer is "lack of organization," "not knowing what you were voting on," "the meeting got highjacked by one or two members" or "nothing got done." Learn some basic tips to resolve these, and other issues at your next meeting.

Topics covered include:
· Fundamental Principles of Parliamentary Procedure
· Governing Documents
· The Agenda
· Making a Motion
· The Rules of Debate
This session is appropriate for association executives, presiding officers, members, and staff.
