We take your health and safety seriously. While we hope to gather up to 50 members in person, we encourage you to ascertain your own comfort level for an in person event, masked and distanced, under these circumstances.

• Community spread is real. Our friends at Georgia Tech have created a risk-assessment tool we think is top-notch. Please use it to help in your decision-making.
• IHG Way of Clean includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guests can expect to see enhanced procedures, which may include: face covering requirements, various ways to reduce contact throughout the hotel, social distancing measures within public spaces and procedures based on local authorities’ guidance and/or advice. Note: All IHG properties have a mask mandate in the Americas.
• We plan to live-stream the Awards Show. We are still working on what that looks like.... it's complicated.
• 72 inch rounds will be set for a max of 3-4 attendees.
• Food and beverage service will adhere to the Governor's orders (recently extended).
• Self-parking will be touchless.
• The Silent Auction will be open both in person and virtually through the mobile app. Check-out will be electronic and easy peasy.

Atlanta Community Food Bank
The Atlanta Community Food Bank plays a vital role in our community, even more so in today's environment. Every $1 helps provide enough food for four meals. In conjunction with our annual holiday luncheon, we are accepting monetary contributions to the ACFB.

Silent Auction
Donating to the silent auction helps raise funds to continue GSAE’s mission of advancing the profession of association management and enhancing the professionalism of association executives. We understand that it may not be feasible for you to donate in quite the way you have in the past, however, every donation, no matter what, helps us reach our goal. The Silent Auction will again be virtual, with mobile bidding only, thanks to our friend Tony Rissley, Expo Auctions. 

WINE TOSS: We are planning on bringing back the wine toss again this year! Please consider donating a bottle(s) of wine, liquor and/or beer for the GSAE Wine Toss. Attendees will purchase rings to toss - whatever they ring, they win!

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GSAE’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy
Your in person cancellation request must be made in writing and received by GSAE at least 4 working days prior to date of event via fax (404) 577-7870 or e-mail ([email protected]). Replacement registrants are welcome. Refunds will only be given in cases where the above guidelines are followed. If you do not attend the luncheon and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the meeting.
