Effective strategy design is an integral part of any Association’s viability and “one-size” no longer fits all. In order to remain relevant in a rapidly changing marketplace, Associations must now design strategy that goes beyond member education to serve members as well as supporting the development of vendor value.

Using clear and specific examples, we will explore why the “one-size fits all” model no longer works for Associations and how to align strategy design with innovation when developing business models and supporting new initiatives.

We will share insights for developing a strategy that incorporates your Associations mission, vision, and values, and articulates the value you add to both members and vendors.

Join us and develop the necessary skills to design strategy that will address the current state of member need, develop vendor value, and address and satisfy all stakeholders
