In this session, we'll explore everyday ethics for CEOs, including how to set an ethical framework for your organization in a practical, approachable way, as well as setting aspirational goals for the future and learning from your GSAE colleagues and their real-world ethical conundrums. This 1 hour credit counts for the Ethics requirement in CAE renewals as of 2020.

Mary J. Wheatly, IOM, CAE

Mary J. Wheatley, IOM, CAE is the Executive Director of the Rheumatology Research Foundation. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the GSAE Leadership Academy (2009), and also completed the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Institute for Organization Management in 2014. She earned her CAE credentials in 2015, and has served on the ASAE Young Professionals Committee. In addition, she is a past chair of GSAE’s Professional Development Committee, and currently serves on the GSAE Board of Directors as Chair-Elect.

Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies.
