Many associations use strategic planning as a high-leverage organizational process that assesses an association's strengths and challenges and then creates outlines a plan for the future. This session will provide professionals with a baseline understanding of the strategic planning at an association.

Presenter: Tim Niedecken
Tim serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Heritage Land Bank, an Agricultural Credit Association serving 3,000 borrowers. Prior to this he was an Executive Director for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association where he increased membership for nine consecutive years, ending at more than 18,000 members. Tim has been involved in developing and marketing products and services in non-profit and for-profit companies for 20 years.
