		Jim Zaniello, FASAE is president and founder of Vetted Solutions, a specialist executive search firm. Zaniello possesses a unique  understanding of C-Suite Transitions and the executive search process, developed through over 25 years of recruiting and association experience. Zaniello received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University (1990) and completed graduate-level coursework at The George Washington University.  He is a fellow of the American Society of Association Executives and was recently recognized as the 33rd recipient of the prestigious ASAE Academy of Leaders Award.
		As a Client Partner with Vetted Solutions, Michele Warholic, JD, CAE applies more than two decades of professional experience with associations, nonprofit, and higher education organizations to serve client’s special leadership needs. A few years ago, she relocated from Washington, DC to her home state of Ohio. Michele is an active member of the Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE) and ASAE. In addition to earning her CAE credential, Michele holds a JD degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a BA from Hiram College, where she serves on the Board of Advisors.
