If done well, internship programs can offer tremendous benefits to small-to-medium-sized organizations, in terms of increasing productivity and recruiting future staff members. But, how do you get started? Can your organization handle managing another program? Join Tracey Dowling and Li Pon, of Florida State University’s Career Center, for an in-depth workshop that takes the guesswork out of creating, offering and sustaining quality internships for college students. 

Presenters:
Tracey Dowling serves as a Program Director of Experiential Learning at Florida State University (FSU) and has been working with employers to launch and manage quality internship programs since 2004, at University of Tennessee, University of Georgia, Emory University and Florida State University.

Li Pon serves as a Senior Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at Florida State University (FSU) and has been connecting college students with real-world work experiences since 2010, at both FSU and Tallahassee Community College.
