Penny Rosema consults and speaks on negotiation.
She is the former Managing Director of the Cookware Manufacturers Associati
on. She earned her MBA from Notre Dame and holds a B.S. in Engineering from
Michigan State University. She combines business and technical savvy with
experience to show others how to negotiate like an expert. As an educator a
nd leader, Penny worked with corporate teams in the US, Japan and Korean. S
he has also served as an adjunct professor of supply chain and negotiation
at Grand Valley State University. Her programs challenge assumptions and sh
ows listeners how to negotiate like a professional. When you follow a proce
