NEW! ON-DEMAND E-LEARNING COURSES

We have partnered with culture consulting firm Human Workplaces to bring you a special private, discounted edition of two of their most popular online on-demand courses.

Each of these courses contain a series of videos, quizzes for testing comprehension, with accompanying handouts and resources. They can be taken individually, or in a small group watching the videos in a room together. They are on-demand, meaning you can take them on your own schedule - all in one day, spread out over a couple weeks, or however you want.

Jamie Notter,The courses are taught by Jamie Notter, who brings 25 years of experience in conflict resolution, generational differences, leadership, and culture change to his consulting and speaking. Author of When Millennials Take Over: Preparing for the Ridiculously Optimistic Future of Business, and Humanize: How People Centric Organizations Succeed in a Social World, Jamie serves as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University.

Here’s the scoop!

Managing Conflict with Confidence: 8 Tips for Better Conflict Conversations [8 hours of educational content, $199 registration fee]

This course is designed to help you navigate conflict in the workplace without the fear and avoidance that is so common in many organizations. Generational Differences in the Workplace [6 hours of educational content - $199 registration fee]

Practical and theory-based generational management training - without the hype or the hate.

This course is about cutting through all the hype on this topic. As such, you will not find any poorly acted vignettes of Boomers struggling to deal with "those darned Millennials," or any patronizing advice about how to adjust everything to be Millennial-centric. The truth is, generational differences are real, and if you just take time to understand them--even down to the level of theory--then suddenly these differences become a resource you can leverage, rather than that annoying topic at the all-staff meeting.
