In order to create loyal members, you must never be satisfied with Customer service! Customer service is what we are supposed to be doing anyway. And if you just provide customer service, you will get “the just fine” members. You know those members, don’t you? When you ask them, “How are they enjoying their time as a member?”, they tell you, “it’s fine." The key is to create the "Member Experience." When this happens, you will have brand ambassadors for your association. This, however, can be challenging… unless you have the missing link that will move you from customer service to customer/member experience!
