As a 40 year career in Hotel Management was reaching its peak, André went suddenly blind in 2011. He consequently lost his job. Talk about Change! His family, friends and associates helped him become curious about alternatives, getting him out of the darkness of despair. He now travels the world as a speaker on the subject of "thecurioisty of Change.

Key takeaways:

  1. Change is not the enemy, but how you deal with it certainly is
  2. Stop judging the situation, but assess it instead
  3. Curiosity reduces the stress caused by change.
  4. Change is inevitable, but personal growth is optional

André van Hall
A native of Argentina, André has worked at some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, to include the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg (once recognized as a one of the top ten hotels in the world), the Ritz in Paris and the St. Regis in New York.
