Domain 5: Business Development. A. Programs, Products, Services, and Non-dues Revenue. 1. Analyze stakeholder feedback to ensure that programs, products, and services are consistent with evolving member needs and the organization's strategic goals and values. 2. Evaluate the feasibility of introducing, modifying, or discontinuing programs, products, and services. B. Meetings and events. 1. Define objectives for meetings and events in alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. 2. Prioritize the use of organizational resources to achieve successful meetings and events.

Tracy Petrillo, Ed.D., CAE serves as Chief Learning Officer for CASBO and is past chair of the ASAE CAE Commission. She has over 20 years of association experience in learning strategy design, educational technology implementation, and credentialing. She is a pioneer in digital badging and online learning. She helps associations design 'quick wins' for member value with educational business models.
