David is a skilled advocate and government affairs professional who combines extensive experience in government relations, legislative strategy, and grassroots activity to achieve favorable results for his clients. For more than 30 years, he has navigated the Texas legislative and regulatory process, to open doors, build relationships and influence public policy. David formed Mintz Consulting in 2005 to represent clients on legislative and regulatory issues.

Please note, the Commission has announced a new CAE Registered Provider Program. At this time, this course may not be pre-approved for CAE credit. However, we believe it qualifies for credit for your qualification to sit for the exam or CAE renewal under Domain 7: Advocacy. In accordance with Commission requirements, the provider will maintain an attendance roster for 5 years.
