new dates - august 26-28, 2020

• As of July 1, 2020, the GSAE Board of Directors voted to move forward with planning an in-person meeting. The safety of our meeting attendees is paramount. Safety precautions and guidelines as of now are available (updated August 4). Should anything change, we will alert the membership and registered attendees as soon as possible.

• Staff and the hotel property are adhering to current state of Georgia requirements (08.15.2020) in place through September and following CDC recommendations and checklists regarding gatherings.

• Up to 11 CAE hours for full conference attendance
• Rooms and dining spaces are set for less than 25% capacity
• 5-6 breakouts per track, limited to 16, 20 or 24 attendees each
• One way entrances and exits
• Modified food stations
• A mask mandate is in effect at all Hyatt properties, in the city of Savannah, and for GSAE events
• Download paper registration (attendee or multi-staff)

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GSAE’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Acknowledgement of Enhanced Safety and Health Measures: 
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GSAE's in person events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to abide by GSAE's and the host property's efforts to comply with current CDC recommendations (and any state of Georgia requirements) and to engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event as requested by GSAE (wearing a mask, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, not attending the event if feeling sick or showing certain symptoms). Updated Cancellation Policy:
The deadline for attendee cancellations is August 14, 2020. Full refunds will be provided up to 5:00 pm with written notice. Replacement registrants are welcome. Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with the name of your replacement. If you do not attend the conference and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the meeting. You may view your open invoice at any time by logging into your member profile (hover over "Member Profile" and click on "Invoices").
